Both happen in the Kpali app. Your PIN never leaves your phone and is never sent to our servers, which is what makes it useless to anyone who is not holding your device — and it is also why there is no password box on this page. If you ever see one on a website claiming to be Kpali, it is not us.
The first button opens the app if it is already on this device. Nothing happens if it is not installed — use the second one.

You can create an account and sign in at app.kpali.app, without installing anything. It asks for your phone number and then for your device to confirm it is you — a fingerprint, a face, or your screen lock. There is no password and no PIN anywhere on the web, which is why a page asking for either is not us.
Already have Kpali on a phone? The browser can be added to that same account two ways: a code we email to the address on your account, or a code shown in the browser that you type into the app under Security. Either way your phone stays in charge — nothing is added until you do it yourself.
A browser added to an existing account can look at everything straight away and can spend after 24 hours. A new account made in the browser can spend immediately — there is nothing in it yet to protect.
Making an account takes a phone number and a PIN
No bank account, no BVN, no card. The number identifies you and the PIN unlocks the app on your device. An unverified number cannot recover an account, so verify yours before you rely on it.
