What other people say,
and what we refuse to invent.
Kpali publishes no star rating it has not earned and no review it did not receive. Two public places carry the real ones.
Trustpilot

The TrustBox widget needs the Business Unit ID from the Trustpilot business account. Until it is in, this page links to the public profile rather than showing a rating we cannot verify.
I needed an app to receive OTP for my social media accounts. Most of the apps I came across, their numbers got rejected on Facebook especially and showed VoIP errors until a friend referred me to Kpali.

I used the Quick OTP feature. It was very helpful. The numbers I got were real numbers — they receive OTP, they don't get rejected, and it's cheaper than other platforms I've used. Most times you can reuse the numbers, especially for Google products / Gmail. If you run multiple Gmail accounts and hit lockouts, Kpali gives you 24 hours, at times more, to reuse numbers you purchased.
The head-blowing part: you can pay bills worldwide. I've traveled to Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya (Nairobi), Germany, the UK and the USA. I needed eSIM. Kpali came through. If you purchase multiple eSIMs you track usage of the airtime/data. Transparent. Bill payments, eSIMs, data, airtime, light bills and electricity tokens, postpaid and prepaid, water bills — in countries like Niger you can pay water; in the USA, network subscriptions. Coverage on bills is 180+ countries, with a clear transaction display and expiry states. You can send airtime worldwide. Fund your wallet with crypto; if you are funding someone else, put their email on the deposit screen. When it lands they are notified and credited.

Google Business Profile
The Business Profile is not wired yet. When the Place ID is in, this becomes the review link and the map. No rating is shown until there is one.
The Business Profile is a company presence, not a login for the app, and never the admin.
