Are you paying the home internet provider on time? Pay the home internet provider on time, every time.

Choosing a home internet provider on Kpali — Internet · Kpali app
Real Kpali app screen. Figures on every screenshot reconcile to the same store-credit balance, and no personal detail is shown.

How to access

Home → country → Internet → provider → account → lookup → Pay.

Recipient ISP account number

How to check History shows the cycle that was paid.

The app is the till — this page never takes payment. Store credit alone is sold on this site, by bank transfer on one page.

What it is

Internet on Kpali is the home connection: the ISP account that keeps a house or an office online, paid against its account number.

You choose the provider, enter the account, let the name come back, and pay the cycle.

It behaves like the other account-based bills, and the lookup does the same job — it puts a name on the screen before money moves.

Who it is for

Families keeping a home connection alive for someone studying or working from it.

People running a small office in a country they visit rather than live in.

Anyone tired of a connection dropping on the first of the month.

Households where the connection is shared between people in different countries, and only one of them can actually pay for it.

Why this is hard from another country

A home connection is the bill that quietly matters most, because when it lapses everything else in the household stops — including the ability to sort out the lapse.

ISPs bill domestically and their portals assume a domestic payment method. Paying one from abroad usually means either a card that gets refused or a transfer that somebody else has to convert into a payment.

And unlike most bills, an internet lapse is self-reinforcing. The connection that failed is often the same connection somebody would have used to pay for it, which turns a small oversight into a call to a person in another country who then has to solve it remotely.

How to access it in the app

Home → country → Internet → provider → account → lookup → Pay.

The recipient for this product is isp account number. The ISP account number is looked up and the registered name shown before payment.

Home internet and network subscriptions appear across the catalogue, including the United States.

How to buy it

The money path is the same shape for every product, but the detail below is this one's.

  1. Install Kpali and create an account. No bank account and no BVN are required to begin.
  2. Fund store credit with stablecoin. Choose USDT or USDC and the network. The warning about the network sits above the address because the wrong chain cannot be undone. The minimum is stated before the address appears. Put your own email in to be notified, or somebody else's to credit them instead.
  3. Wait for Home to show the credit. An address is not money; store credit is.
  4. Open Internet. Home → country → Internet → provider → account → lookup → Pay.
  5. Confirm the name that comes back. The ISP account number is looked up and the registered name shown before payment.
  6. Read the review sheet. It states what leaves your wallet, including the fee, before anything is charged.
  7. Pay. If store credit cannot cover the amount plus the fee, Pay does not proceed and no provider is called.
  8. Keep the receipt. A paid cycle, with the account and period on the receipt.

The website sells store credit by naira bank transfer on kpali.app/store-credit/, against the same rate the app shows. That credit is non-withdrawable.

What decides availability

Providers are listed per country where they can be paid today, including markets such as the United States.

The app declines in the open. A category that cannot be served shows with a sentence rather than being hidden from the grid.

What you pay

The cycle price plus the stated fee comes out of store credit, with the total shown on the review sheet first.

There are no post-hoc adjustments. Insufficient store credit means the order never leaves the app.

What the receipt carries

The receipt names the ISP account and the cycle paid, which is the fact anybody checking later actually needs.

A hard failure returns the money and says so. A pending check says only that the answer is not in yet, and retrying it is how people pay twice for one thing. For internet, an order still being checked means the provider has not confirmed the a paid cycle, with the account and period on the receipt yet — waiting costs nothing, paying again can cost twice.

How to check it worked

History shows the cycle that was paid.

Everything reconcilable lives in three places, and they are built to agree with one another.

Mistakes people make

  • Using the customer reference from an old paper bill after the provider migrated accounts.
  • Paying past a mismatched name.
  • Assuming payment reconnects a suspended line immediately — that is the provider's process.
  • Paying twice because the first receipt had not settled yet.
  • Looking for a card checkout on this website. There is not one, and never will be — only store credit by bank transfer, on one page.

Questions

Which account number do I use?

The one the ISP bills against. If the name that comes back is right, the number is right.

Does paying restore a suspended connection?

Payment settles the account. Restoration is the provider's own process and timing.

Can I pay a United States ISP from abroad?

If the provider is in the catalogue for that country, yes.

What if the provider is missing?

The list reflects what can be delivered. A grey or absent provider is coverage stated honestly.

Will I get proof?

The receipt is the proof, and it stays in History.

Do I need a bank account in that country?

No. Store credit is funded with stablecoin.

Can I pay ahead for several cycles?

Where the provider allows it. Kpali does not invent options the ISP does not offer.

Does this work for business accounts?

If the provider bills them through the same account structure, yes.

The same money, spent differently

All of these share one balance, which is why switching between them costs nothing.

  • Water — Settle the water utility bill on your account. A settled utility account, with the name confirmed on the receipt.
  • Gas — Pay the gas bill without standing in a queue. A settled gas account, recorded on the receipt.
  • Education — School and exam payments, against the institution's account. A receipt built to be forwarded — the institution, the account, the amount and the state.

There is no second wallet to fill. What differs between families is what you type into the recipient field.

What you will see

The screens here were captured from a working build, which is why they look like software rather than a brochure. This page shows choosing a home internet provider on Kpali.

Where this sits

Internet is one of 11 bill and top-up families on Kpali, with Quick OTP counted separately, across 182 countries and 7 regions. There is no purchase on this website — these pages teach the app, and the app is where store credit is spent. Business API keys are coming soon and are not sold here.

If internet is not what you came for, the country you care about probably carries several of the other families, and the country page lists exactly which ones and says why for any that it cannot. Coverage is a fact about a country and a product together, never a vague promise about the world.
