Why this is hard from another country

School and exam payments carry a deadline and a bursar, which makes them the least forgiving bills on the list. A payment that lands correctly but cannot be evidenced is nearly as bad as one that fails.

International school fees usually route through a bank transfer with a reference that the institution then has to reconcile by hand. References get mistyped, transfers get held, and the student is the one standing at a counter explaining it.

How to buy it

The money path is the same shape for every product, but the detail below is this one's.

1. Install Kpali and create an account. No bank account and no BVN are required to begin.
2. Fund store credit with stablecoin. Choose USDT or USDC and the network. The warning about the network sits above the address because the wrong chain cannot be undone. The minimum is stated before the address appears. Put your own email in to be notified, or somebody else's to credit them instead.
3. Wait for Home to show the credit. An address is not money; store credit is.
4. Open Education. Home → country → Education → institution → account → lookup → Pay.
5. Confirm the name that comes back. The institution account, and the student ID where one is required, are looked up before payment so the money lands on the right record.
6. Read the review sheet. It states what leaves your wallet, including the fee, before anything is charged.
7. Pay. If store credit cannot cover the amount plus the fee, Pay does not proceed and no provider is called.
8. Keep the receipt. A receipt built to be forwarded — the institution, the account, the amount and the state.

What decides availability

Institutions and exam bodies appear where they can be paid today. Some bill on an account number, some on a student ID, and the app asks for whichever applies.

Where delivery is not possible, the tile stays and explains itself. Removing it would look tidier and inform you less.

What you pay

The fee amount is the institution's; the service fee is stated separately. The review sheet totals both before you pay.

The fee is disclosed with the amount, together, before payment. An unaffordable total fails safely and silently.

What the receipt carries

The receipt is built to be forwarded: institution, account or student reference, amount, timestamps and state, in one document.

A refused order reverses and states that nothing was charged. An order still being checked has not failed, and treating it as failed is what costs money. For education, an order still being checked means the provider has not confirmed the a receipt built to be forwarded — the institution, the account, the amount and the state yet — waiting costs nothing, paying again can cost twice.

How to check it worked

Receipt is the proof you send to the school.

Those three surfaces are the whole audit trail, and not one of them is decorative.

Mistakes people make

• Paying against a student ID from a previous session that the institution has since retired.
• Ignoring a returned name that does not match the student or the institution.
• Missing a deadline by assuming posting is instant when the institution reconciles on its own cycle.

Can I forward the receipt to the school?

That is what it is for. It names the institution, the account, the amount and the state.

What if the student ID is not recognised?

Then it is not the identifier the institution is billing on. Do not pay it.

Can I pay an exam body directly?

Where the catalogue carries it, yes.

Does the school see who paid?

The payment lands on the institution's account against the reference you supplied.

Is a bank account in that country needed?

No.

Can I pay on the website?

Only for store credit, by bank transfer, on kpali.app/store-credit/. The app is the till for this; these pages teach it.

Will the school accept this receipt as proof?

It carries the institution, the reference, the amount and the timestamps. That is what a bursar reconciles against.

Can I pay for more than one student?

Pay each separately so each has its own receipt against its own reference.

The same money, spent differently

You fund a balance, not a product. What it buys afterwards is entirely up to you.
