Situation
Are you in the USA paying a network subscription?
Network and internet bills sit in the same catalogue as African utilities.

Open Internet in the app after you download Kpali and fund store credit.
Network and internet bills sit in the same catalogue as African utilities.
The situation
Paying a United States provider from outside the United States usually fails on the card rather than on the account: a foreign card meeting a checkout built for domestic traffic.
Settling from store credit removes that leg entirely, because there is no card and no domestic checkout involved.
What Kpali does about it
Pay the home internet provider on time, every time.
The route through the app is: Home → country → Internet → provider → account → lookup → Pay. You are sending it to isp account number.
The name registered against it comes back before you can pay, so the money lands where you meant it to.
Getting there from nothing
- Download the app. There is no verification queue, because no bank account is being opened.
- Open Add money, pick the stablecoin and the network, and read the warning that sits above the address.
- Use your own email to be notified, or somebody else's to credit them instead.
- Let it confirm. Store credit on Home is the money; the address never was.
- Home → country → Internet → provider → account → lookup → Pay.
- Confirm the recipient on the review sheet, then Pay. It does not proceed if store credit cannot cover the total.
- Keep the receipt. A paid cycle, with the account and period on the receipt.
