KpaliHow to know you are dealing with Kpali
People use other people's names. This is the list you can check anything against before you part with money or a code. If what you are looking at is not here, it is not us.
The only website is kpali.app
This one. The web app runs at app.kpali.app, and the apps come from Google Play and the App Store and nowhere else. An address that contains our name inside a longer one is not ours — read it slowly, the way you would read an account number.
Nobody at Kpali will ever ask for your PIN
Not support, not in a chat, not to "verify" anything, not to fix a stuck order. Your PIN never leaves your phone and is never sent to our servers, so there is no situation in which knowing it helps us do anything for you. That is what makes the request itself the proof: the moment somebody asks, you know what they are.
The same goes for the codes you buy. A one-time code is the product; handing it to somebody who contacted you is handing them the thing you paid for.
Exactly one page here takes payment
It is /store-credit/, it takes a naira bank transfer, and it never asks for a card. Every other page on this site is information. So any Kpali page asking you to pay — a card form, a wallet address, a different bank account — is not a page we wrote.
Our accounts, all one name
Kpali is @usekpali everywhere. One username, so a handle that is nearly ours is simply not ours.
The company behind it
Kpali is operated by First Flip Ltd, and every receipt is issued by it. Write to contact@kpali.app, or legal@kpali.app for legal enquiries. Those are the only two addresses we write from.
What we will never do
- We never message you first to offer store credit, a code or a rate.
- We never ask for your PIN, a one-time code, or a wallet seed phrase.
- We never ask you to pay an individual, or to any account not shown on /store-credit/.
- We never put a password box on this website. There is no password to type here.
- We never contact you from an account that is not listed on this page.
