Buy store credit by bank transfer
The one page on kpali.app that takes payment. Type the email on your Kpali account and an amount in naira, and you get a one-time bank account number to transfer to. When the transfer lands, the credit is on the account and the app shows it.
Bank transfer only. The account number we give you is good for 30 minutes and for this one purchase — transfer exactly the amount shown, once. The credit is added in US dollars at the rate shown in the app. You need an existing Kpali account whose email has been verified in the app; if the email does not match one, the purchase does not start and nothing is created. This credit cannot be withdrawn: it is spent in the app, on the same goods as any other balance, and comes out of your balance first when you spend.
Nothing on kpali.app asks for a card number — not this page, not any other. A page that asks for card
If the amount does not match
The account number is locked to one figure, so this should not happen — but it does, and what follows is worth knowing before you send rather than after.
Send less than the figure shown and nothing is credited automatically. Your money is not lost, but a person has to look at it and decide, because crediting part of a purchase at a rate you were never quoted is not a decision a machine should make on your behalf. Tell us and it gets resolved.
Send more and you are credited the amount you were quoted. The extra is recorded and handled by a person; it is not converted quietly at some other rate.
The rate is fixed when you are given the account, not when your transfer arrives. If the market moves in the half hour between, you still get the figure you were shown.
A transfer that lands in the last seconds before the thirty minutes are up counts. We check whether your money arrived before we check the clock, never the other way round.

What can put money on a Kpali balance today.
Store credit is funded with stablecoins. That is the point of Kpali: no Nigerian bank account and no BVN stands between you and a paid bill.
USDT · TRC-20 (TRON)
The default across Nigerian crypto users — cheapest to send and the one people already hold.
USDT · BEP-20 (BNB Chain)
Cheap, widely held, and the usual second choice after TRON.
USDC · Base
Near-zero fees. Common for people who came in through an exchange rather than P2P.
USDC · Solana
Fast and cheap. Confirmations are counted at finalisation, not first commitment.
Nigerian bank transfer
Store credit can be bought with a naira bank transfer on the store-credit page — the one page here that takes payment. Credit bought that way cannot be withdrawn; it is spent in the app.
USDT on ERC-20
Ethereum gas regularly costs more than a small top-up, so Kpali does not take deposits on that network rather than let a fee eat your money.
Minimums differ by network — TRON's is the highest because TRON's own fee floor is. The app shows the exact figure for the network you pick before you send anything.
