Are you paying a gas bill without standing in a queue? Pay the gas bill without standing in a queue.

A gas bill is a two-minute job that used to mean a queue, and the queue was always the real cost.

From install to receipt, this is the whole of it.

Step by step

  1. Install Kpali. The Android package is app.kpali; Kpali is on the App Store for iPhone. There is no browser version — money screens gate on the device.
  2. Fund store credit. Open Add money. Choose USDT or USDC, then the network — TRC-20 credits after twenty confirmations, BEP-20 after fifteen. The warning about the network is above the address because sending on the wrong chain cannot be undone by anyone. The minimum is shown before the address.
  3. Decide whose credit this is. Your email in the email field notifies you. Somebody else's email credits them instead, and they are told when it lands.
  4. Wait for Home. Store credit appears when the deposit confirms. An address is not money.
  5. Set the country. The country decides what the catalogue can sell. Home is where it starts.
  6. Open Gas. Home → country → Gas → provider → account → lookup → Pay.
  7. Enter the recipient. The gas account or meter is looked up and the name returned before payment.
  8. Read the review sheet. It states the recipient and what leaves your wallet, fee included, before anything is charged.
  9. Pay. If store credit cannot cover the amount plus the fee, Pay does not proceed and nothing is sent to a provider.
  10. Keep the receipt. A settled gas account, recorded on the receipt.

What to expect

History stores the payment and its status. The receipt names the account and the amount. Store credit on Home reflects the amount and the fee.

A no is a no, reversed and written down. A not-yet is not a no, and paying again is the mistake it invites. On this walkthrough that matters at the last step: once you have paid for gas, the receipt is the thing to read, not the Pay button to press again.

What goes wrong

  • Confusing the meter number with the account number at the same provider.
  • Paying against a name that is not the household's.
  • Assuming instant posting.
  • Not keeping the receipt.

A worked example

A worked example. The gas account needs settling and the alternative is somebody spending a morning in a queue. You open Gas, choose the provider, and enter whichever identifier the provider bills on — meter or account, and they are not interchangeable. The name comes back. You pay the amount plus the stated fee, and History keeps the record.

If it does not work

The number is not accepted. Meter and account numbers are different objects at the same provider. Try the other one.

It has not posted yet. That is the provider's cycle, not a failure. The receipt has the reference.

The returned name is wrong. Stop and re-check the number.

The provider is missing. It is not reachable today; the list says so rather than failing after payment.

Pay will not proceed. The total exceeds store credit.

Worth knowing

Keep the receipt even when the payment is small. The account, the amount and the timestamps are on it, and those are the three things anybody querying a utility payment later will ask for.

Where this works

Gas appears wherever the catalogue carries a billable utility account. Coverage for gas is decided per country and shown before you pay, so you find out what is possible while you are still choosing rather than after you have committed. Where it cannot be delivered today, the app says so with a reason attached.

The full picture — who it suits, what decides availability, what it costs and every question people ask — is on the Gas page.

Kpali takes no card details on this website, ever. The one payment it takes is a naira bank transfer for store credit, on /store-credit/. A page asking for a card number for Kpali is not us.

Admin URLs are intentionally absent from navigation, sitemaps and robots allow-lists.

  1. Download Kpali from Google Play (package app.kpali) or the App Store (id 6802318301).

  2. Create an account. You do not need a local bank account to start.

  3. Open Add money. Read the network warning above the address. Enter the amount. The minimum is stated before you copy.

  4. Enter an email: yours to be notified, or theirs if this deposit should credit another person.

  5. Send the crypto on the stated network. Wait until Home shows store credit. An address is not money.

  6. Set the country to Algeria.

  7. Open Airtime. Home → country → Airtime → network → number → amount → Pay.

  8. Confirm a mobile number on the review sheet. Pay is blocked if the balance cannot cover it.

  9. Keep the receipt. Receipt + History show the number, network, amount and status.

  10. If status is Checking, do not retry. Read the receipt. Support is email and WhatsApp.
