The situation

The requirement that stops most people is not the money. It is the bank account, and behind it the identity apparatus that opening one requires.

Kpali does not need one because it never opens one. Store credit is funded with stablecoin, which is why the phrase no bank account is a description of the architecture rather than a marketing line.

What Kpali does about it

Prepaid tokens and postpaid bills, against your meter number.

The path is short: Home → country → Electricity → provider → meter/account → lookup → Pay. You are sending it to meter or account number (name looked up first).

The name registered against it comes back before you can pay, so the money lands where you meant it to.

Getting there from nothing

1. Put the app on your phone and sign up. A PIN and a way to reach you is the whole of it.
2. Open Add money, pick the stablecoin and the network, and read the warning that sits above the address.
3. Whose email you type is whose balance grows. That is the whole of that field.
4. Wait until Home moves before doing anything else.
5. Home → country → Electricity → provider → meter/account → lookup → Pay.
6. Confirm the recipient on the review sheet, then Pay. It does not proceed if store credit cannot cover the total.
7. Keep the receipt. A prepaid token on the receipt, or a settled postpaid account with the receipt as proof.
