The situation

Fees have a deadline and a bursar, which makes them the least forgiving payment on the list. A transfer that lands but cannot be evidenced still leaves a student standing at a counter.

The receipt is the deliverable here, not a by-product: institution, reference, amount and timestamps, in a document that can be forwarded.

What Kpali does about it

School and exam payments, against the institution's account.

It goes: Home → country → Education → institution → account → lookup → Pay. What you are paying is institution account / student id as required.

The name registered against it comes back before you can pay, so the money lands where you meant it to.

Getting there from nothing

1. Download the app. There is no verification queue, because no bank account is being opened.
2. Buy store credit with USDT or USDC. The minimum is stated before any address appears.
3. Enter the email that should be told when the money lands — it decides whose credit this is.
4. Let it confirm. Store credit on Home is the money; the address never was.
5. Home → country → Education → institution → account → lookup → Pay.
6. Confirm the recipient on the review sheet, then Pay. It does not proceed if store credit cannot cover the total.
7. Keep the receipt. A receipt built to be forwarded — the institution, the account, the amount and the state.
